Miguel Martinez
Founder
Miguel was born in El Salvador, then moved to Canada when he was six years old.
​
In his early years, he worked for MuchMusic, representing the network across Canada. He danced on various half-time sports games, television shows, movies, commercials, and music videos.
​
Miguel is passionate about instilling soft skills at an early age. He has worked with the First Nations to bring active programs to their schools. He has provided workshops for multiple school boards, visiting over 100 schools on average each year, with the MTCLife programs being taught in over 500 schools in Ontario.
​
On a corporate level, Miguel’s programs have increased productivity and community participation at Nascent, PLASP, faculty members for multiple school boards, Canadian Mental Health Association, and multiple churches - by working for Fortune 500 companies, Miguel has learned the impor- tance of providing tools and motivation to his participants.
Miguel has found Passion & Purpose through Dance, Laughter, and Music - which now serve as cornerstones to MTClife Inc.
Maria Bunt
Sr. Partner
Maria Bunt-Cruz was born in Ecuador and moved at a young age to Canada where she did her formal schooling and worked.
​
In her early years Maria knew that her passion was to help heal and comfort others. She chose her school path to be Nursing, graduating as a Registered Nurse in the early 2000s. She built her experience through work in Private Clinics, Hospitals, and Government and Public Health in Ontario. Through her career and last job as a nurse, she found her passion as a motivational and mindset coach.
She coached and supported this community for over 6 years and worked with hundreds of clients with great success.

During this time, Maria embarked on a journey of wellness leading her to build a side business where she supported women through mindset, fitness and nutritional changes. Her work led her to support hundreds of women, many of whom are new mothers, through the journey of better health, and she continues to do so until this day.

Maria has a passion for supporting and guiding others through small changes in their lives that yield big results. She can’t wait to share all this with the world.
